Work in a humanitarian association
Work in the humanitarian field don’t improvise. Many training courses and university courses are now available to train you in humanitarian professions : specialized institutes, humanitarian action masters, humanitarian project management, etc.
At Médecins du Monde, expatriate positions are mainly coordination positions involving project management, management and a good knowledge of field work, therefore requiring solid prior experience.
You can also work with us in your country. Our international missions currently consist of 120 expatriate employees and 1,300 national employees recruited directly in the countries of intervention. These national positions are also great opportunities to gain experience and who knows, then leave on a humanitarian mission abroad!
Médecins du Monde is also about sixty projects in France for which we recruit profiles in the field: program coordinators, project managers, social workers, etc.
